  • Automated DNA extraction and library preparation equipment
  • qPCR and Illumina NGS platforms
  • HIPAA-compliant computational cluster
  • Gnotobiotic (germfree) mice
  • Gnotobiotic and defined colonization experiments in gnotobiotic isolators or high-throughput cage containment systems
  • Assistance with mouse necropsy and tissue preparation for histopathology
